Home & School Association
The Home & School Association is similar to a PTA or PTO but mainly a resource and networking group to assist parents in obtaining services for their special needs child. Many times your friends and family do not fully understand the issues a family faces with a special needs child. The networking provides an opportunity to talk with parents with similar concerns and is a valuable resource for parents to tap into.
Other information about the Home & School Association:
• Consists of faculty, parents and guardians of students enrolled at Madonna School
• Membership dues are $5.00 per family
• The Association meets every third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 at Madonna School
• Provides a venue for parents to receive information, voice their opinions, recommendations and to be advocates for all of the Madonna students
• Provides support to the Madonna staff and raises funds through events that directly benefit the students
• Promotes good will and cooperation between and among parents, faculty, administration and Madonna School Board
• Offers information to aid all aspects of education, growth and development through well planned programs
